After heavy rain in Jackson, Missouri, a day near Hubble Creek became an emergency for Kinsley Stuart. The young girl was pulled into a culvert beneath a low bridge, where a strong current kept her trapped.
Aiden Kyle spotted her hand and reached for her, but he could not pull her free alone. Isaiah Randol joined him, and two more boys came to help. In interviews with KFVS in May 2020, the boys described working together against the force of the water until Kinsley was out.
She was checked at a hospital and released. Her mother, Casey Stuart, wanted to thank the group in a way her family could offer: meals at their restaurant, Kenny’s Flippin’ Burgers, without charge for life. The promise followed a rescue in which each extra pair of hands mattered.
