You're Ruining Your Nonstick Pan Without Even Realising It
One everyday habit is quietly stripping the coating away.
Your nonstick pan probably didn't wear out on its own. A couple of common habits killed it early.

Cranking it to high heat is the big one. Empty nonstick pans aren't built for scorching temperatures and the coating breaks down.
Metal utensils scratch the surface, and abrasive scourers finish the job. Both leave micro-damage that spreads fast.
Stick to medium heat, wooden or silicone tools, and a soft sponge. Treated gently, a good nonstick pan lasts years instead of months.
